Pool area of the resort has been liked by several past guests. Baan Laimai Resort offers separate pool facility for kids and adults which can accommodate large number at any given time which means enough space and privacy for everyone.

As reported by past guests, the resort's location is just ideal for someone who wants to enjoy shopping, nightlife or entertainment. There is a shuttle service by the resort that can be pre-booked by guests. The resort also gives easy access to public transport.

Most of the guests while staying at this property enjoyed the performances by the love band. The music was a treat to the ears and indeed enjoyable. Pats guests have rated this facility quite high and would like to revisit for the same.

Some of the guests have had problems with the air-conditioners not working in their rooms. In certain instances, there have been leakage and problems in functioning of the air-conditioners which lead to discomfort.

The rooms look slightly outdated and the furniture looks aged as well at Baan Laimai Resort. Paying a price like this, guests have felt that the room and bathroom didn't meet their expectations in terms of interior. Refurbishments are planned sometime in this year.

It has been reported by the past guests that housekeeping is not very consistent in keeping the utmost level of service at all times.  Mostly guests have mentioned of mouldy bathroom in the guest rooms as the main reason for this feedback.
