Review summary
Summarized by AI from 10+ reviews
This hotel is not recommended for any traveler due to significant issues across all aspects of the guest experience. While it boasts a convenient location, this is overshadowed by pervasive problems. The most alarming concerns revolve around room comfort, with reports of outdated rooms, a hole in the bedspread, a bathroom door that doesn't close, and the presence of a mouse and bed bugs. The pervasive smell of cigarettes further detracts from the stay. Staff and service are overwhelmingly negative, characterized by discourteous and demeaning behavior from management, unprofessional conduct, and issues with refunds and cancellations. The overall atmosphere is concerning, with reports of unprofessional behavior from the owner and unreturned deposits.
