Review summary

Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews

A convenient urban base for city explorers and professionals.

This hotel serves as a functional hub for sightseers and business travelers seeking a comfortable, well-maintained retreat. The property sits in the heart of the Navy Yard district, while its fitness center provides a reliable space for maintaining workout routines during travel. Guests frequently praise the plush bedding for ensuring a restful night, and those traveling for work can request stay certifications directly from the front desk to simplify their administrative needs. Despite these comforts, the inconsistent quality of customer care and the frequent closure of leisure facilities remain notable points of friction.

Some guests mentioned: limited parking, loud air conditioning, inconsistent service.
