Review summary
Summarized by AI from 700+ reviews
A functional, convenient stopover for airport transit travelers.
This hotel serves as a practical base for transit travelers seeking a straightforward stay near the airport. The property sits alongside the Barajas metro station and is rounded out by a 24-hour reception that facilitates seamless late-night arrivals. The dedicated staff are frequently praised for their professional and accommodating service, which helps balance the lack of internal amenities. While the rooms offer generous dimensions, guests looking for a more restful experience may prefer requesting a room away from the elevator to minimize noise disturbances.
Some guests mentioned: inconsistent Wi-Fi, poor soundproofing, outdated furnishings.
