Econo Lodge Birmingham - Hoover

This hotel is often chosen by budget-conscious travelers and transient guests seeking an affordable overnight stay, particularly those needing close proximity to the UAB campus and local music venues. A notable feature is the convenient access to an attached bar and wing joint, which many guests appreciate for on-site entertainment and dining options. However, guests frequently highlight the hotel's outdated appearance and significant cleanliness issues as major drawbacks. Noise, both from the adjacent interstate and surrounding areas, is a recurring concern that can impact sleep quality. While the hotel offers a practical solution for a quick stopover, prospective guests are strongly advised to manage their expectations for a budget accommodation and to thoroughly inspect their room upon arrival to ensure it meets their personal standards for comfort and hygiene.
