Review summary
Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to sightseers and budget travelers seeking a convenient base for exploration. Its strongest asset is its exceptional proximity to the central train station and metro, offering unparalleled access to Naples and beyond. While facilities are basic, the complimentary homemade cakes at breakfast are a delightful highlight. Guests consistently praise the reception staff for their welcoming and helpful demeanor, often going above and beyond to assist. For a quieter stay, consider requesting a room on a lower floor, as the absence of an elevator can make higher floors challenging with luggage.
