Review summary
Summarized by AI from 300+ reviews
This hotel is a popular choice for its exceptional proximity to the airport, making it an ideal base for early morning flights and offshore workers needing convenient access to the heliport. Its signature feature is the ease of access to the terminal, often within walking distance, complemented by a shuttle service. Guests frequently commend the friendly and helpful staff who contribute significantly to a positive experience. While the hotel is generally regarded as clean and comfortable, some aspects of the rooms are noted as dated. The dining options receive mixed feedback, with breakfast often praised, but dinner sometimes found to be limited or overpriced. For concert-goers attending events at the nearby P&J Arena, the location is also highly advantageous. To ensure a smooth stay, guests are advised to confirm shuttle bus availability, especially on weekends, and be aware of the parking situation, which can sometimes be challenging.
