Travellers point out that the property has a very nice ambiance that offers you some peace and quiet during your stay. Overall, the hotel is a nice place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There is a swimming pool at the property with a number of sun loungers around it. Several travellers note that actually getting to use the loungers can difficult as guests have taken to reserving them in advance. In addition to this, it was also claimed that the pool area itself was a bit small as well.

The hotel promotes having a number of rooms that offer a view of the sea; however, a couple of visitors note that the actual view from these can vary as some have trees or other things obstructing your sight line.

The food found in the property's on-site eatery, Soul Kitchen, could be improved upon according to a few visitors. These guests note that breakfast in particular was disappointing and that some more variety would help liven up the morning meal.
