Review summary
Summarized by AI from 800+ reviews
A convenient city-center base for sightseers and travelers.
This property serves as an ideal home base for sightseers seeking a central location. The hotel sits alongside the scenic Parma riverfront and is rounded out by a modern lounge area for guest relaxation. The breakfast buffet remains a standout highlight, and guests arriving by vehicle should request the ZTL transit permit to simplify their arrival. While the property offers a practical stay, the inconsistent climate control and connectivity issues mean travelers may prefer to confirm their specific building assignment in advance to ensure a seamless experience.
Some guests mentioned: slow Wi-Fi, inconsistent room temperatures, dated furnishings.
