Review summary

Summarized by AI from 300+ reviews

A functional base for travelers visiting local attractions.

This property serves as a convenient location for those attending events at CCSU, though it lacks the promised amenities to support a comfortable stay. The on-site facilities are largely non-functional, with the fitness center and ice machines remaining unavailable to guests. While the rooms offer a spacious layout, the overall experience is frequently undermined by poor maintenance and a lack of transparency regarding the absence of breakfast service. Travelers seeking a reliable or well-managed stay may find the current state of the property and its services to be significantly lacking.

Some guests mentioned: unprofessional staff, maintenance issues, missing breakfast.
