Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
This hotel serves primarily as a convenient stopover for road trippers and budget travelers, thanks to its direct access from the highway and proximity to essential amenities. While its location is consistently praised for being near a Walmart, gas stations, and various dining options, guests frequently encounter significant issues with the hotel's overall cleanliness and the general condition of its rooms. Many reviews highlight pervasive unpleasant odors, ranging from musty smells to cigarette smoke, often masked by strong air fresheners. Despite these challenges, the staff is frequently commended for their friendly and helpful demeanor, and the complimentary breakfast is often considered a positive aspect, offering a convenient start to the day. For those considering a stay, it is advisable to manage expectations regarding room upkeep and be prepared for potential maintenance issues upon arrival.
