Guests at Mercure Stoller Zürich found rooms to be quiet and comfortable, with cosy beds, a good level of cleanliness, a handy tea and coffee machine, fast Wi-Fi, and decent prices for expensive Zurich.

The tram stop outside made for easy downtown and lake access, while guests also appreciated finding some restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and being able to take the train directly to the airport.

Those who stayed generally found the staff to be very helpful, although some guests found the service to be a little indifferent.

Although guests were not too worried about not being right in the heart of Zurich due to the tram, a few people found the area to be a bit empty and a little far from the train station.

Mercure Stoller Zürich’s continental breakfast was considered to be too expensive by some, given that in their opinion, it was nothing special.

Some guests found their rooms to be smaller than they would have liked, which most likely speaks for the standard accommodation as others were very happy with the size. Also, a few others found the air conditioning to not be cool enough at times in peak summer weather.
