Summarized by AI from 800+ reviews

This hotel is a vibrant urban hub, ideal for sightseers and groups of friends seeking an energetic stay. Its excellent central location provides convenient access to the Cathedral, shops, and the Festival Theatre, with the railway station also a short walk away. The hotel's diverse and delicious breakfast buffet and highly praised bottomless brunch experiences are a major draw. Guests consistently highlight the exceptional staff and service, frequently describing the team as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. For a quieter stay, consider requesting a room facing away from the street due to potential traffic noise, or be aware that rooms are located above a late-night music venue which can be lively on weekends.
