Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
The hotel is highly regarded for its exceptional location directly at the Hartkaiserbahn gondola, offering convenient ski-in/ski-out access that is a major draw for skiers and snowboarders. Guests consistently praise the friendly staff and the hotel's modern alpine design, which creates a cozy atmosphere. The wellness facilities, including a pool and sauna, are also frequently highlighted, as is the convenient underground parking. This makes the hotel an ideal fit for active travelers seeking direct access to mountain activities, whether for winter sports or summer hiking. Couples appreciate the relaxing ambiance, while families find the facilities generally accommodating, though some note room size can be a factor. To ensure a peaceful stay, it is advisable to request a room away from the Apres-Ski bars, and guests should consider bringing their own bathrobes for the wellness area.
