voco Laguna Hills by IHG

The hotel offers a convenient location with easy freeway access, making it a practical choice for travelers seeking efficient movement around the area. It also boasts a charming ambiance with a "cool sixties vibe" and a grand entry feel, often featuring live music in the lounge, which many guests find enjoyable. Guests consistently highlight the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and generally friendly staff as positive aspects of their stay. However, a significant recurring issue is the pervasive noise from the adjacent freeway, which can be quite disruptive, and widespread frustration over various undisclosed fees for amenities and parking. This hotel is particularly well-suited for business travelers seeking convenience, event attendees due to its strategic positioning, and pet owners as it maintains a welcoming, dog-friendly policy. To enhance your experience, it is highly recommended to inquire about all potential fees upon booking to avoid surprises and to specifically request a room located away from the freeway for a quieter stay, or consider bringing earplugs.
