Review summary

Summarized by AI from 600+ reviews

A central Cleveland base with friendly, dedicated staff.

This property serves sightseers looking for a convenient home base, though it struggles with inconsistent room quality and operational challenges. The hotel sits in the heart of Cleveland, providing easy access to the Raby Bay waterfront and local transport links. While the friendly service from the team remains a consistent highlight, guests should be aware that the property currently lacks any on-site dining options. The spacious guest rooms offer comfortable bedding, though travelers may prefer to request one of the updated units to ensure a more refreshed stay.

Some guests mentioned: disruptive environment, unmaintained pool, unpleasant room odours.
