Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
The hotel is primarily noted for its central location, offering convenient access to the city center and public transportation, making it a potential option for budget travelers seeking proximity to attractions. However, guest experiences are overwhelmingly shaped by significant cleanliness issues and pervasive bed bug infestations, which are frequently reported. Many guests also highlight concerns regarding the overall room condition and the staff conduct, particularly concerning communication and responsiveness. The presence of noise levels from both within the property and surrounding construction sites further impacts the stay. While the location might appeal to those on a tight budget, guests are strongly advised to thoroughly inspect their rooms upon arrival and consider bringing their own bedding for a more comfortable experience. This property is best suited for short-stay guests who prioritize location above all else and are prepared for potential challenges.
