Comfort Suites New Braunfels - San Antonio Area

This hotel offers a convenient base for travelers seeking easy access to local attractions and highways, making it suitable for both families and those on a quick overnight stay. Guests frequently highlight the friendly staff, spacious rooms, and the inclusion of a complimentary breakfast as positive aspects of their experience. However, a significant number of reviews express serious concerns regarding the hotel's overall cleanliness, with recurring mentions of unpleasant odors, outdated conditions, and issues with pests. While the location and service are often praised, potential guests should be prepared for a mixed experience, particularly concerning room maintenance and hygiene. It is advisable for guests to thoroughly inspect their rooms upon arrival to ensure satisfaction.
