Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Norman near University

This hotel, while offering a convenient location, is frequently noted for its significant maintenance issues, which often overshadow its potential as a comfortable stay. Its signature feature, an indoor pool, is consistently advertised but often found to be closed or in disrepair, leading to considerable disappointment for guests, especially families traveling with children who anticipate using this amenity. The property is generally considered suitable for budget-conscious travelers or those needing a simple place to rest their head, particularly if attending local events or passing through. Guests should manage their expectations regarding the overall upkeep and be prepared for potential inconveniences. An actionable tip for future guests is to directly contact the hotel to confirm the operational status of specific facilities, especially the pool, before booking.
