Review summary
Summarized by AI from 300+ reviews
An economical city base with significant maintenance challenges.
This hotel serves budget-conscious sightseers looking for a central launchpad to explore the city. Its prime position at the Basmane junction pairs with a range of on-site facilities that unfortunately struggle to meet basic operational standards. While the breakfast buffet offers a convenient morning option for some, guests should verify all booking terms directly, as the property enforces strict operational guidelines regarding payments and non-refundable policies that can lead to confusion upon arrival.
